The Tablescape Edit



Create an elegant, cohesive, and uniquely styled tablescape, with ‘wow‘ factor.

Includes:

• One design consultation (virtual or in-person) – Up to 90 minutes
• Mood board focused on your table styling theme (includes up to one revision)
• Customised table styling plan (centrepieces, table florals, linens, place settings, candles, signage, etc.)
• Recommended hire list (furniture, tableware, & décor)

Labour, tableware, and décor hire quoted separately.

The Signature Look

Creating a strong creative vision and supporting it all coming together.

Includes:

• One design consultation (in-person or virtual)
• Full mood board creation (includes up to one revision)
• The ‘look, feel & overall vibe’ you want to create for your day
• Venue layout & styling plan
• This is the map and instructions for styling implementation
• Recommendations for hire items
• A tailored list of hire items and recommended suppliers - including quantities and styles. You’ll then be able to confirm and book directly with those vendors.

The Premium Edit



Creating a more refined, guided design process.

Includes everything in Signature Look, plus:



• Two in-depth design consultations
• Mock table setup preview
• A full styled table (excludes fresh florals) for you to see in person or digitally
• Digital mock-up of key areas (ceremony, reception & tablescape)
• 2D & 3D visuals to help you see in real-life what your setting is going to look like
• Styling brief for florist / cake / signage vendors (if needed)
• A tailored brief for your creative vendors — so everyone’s working to the same beautiful vision.
• Personalised styling schedule for setup day
• A detailed runsheet, so any on-the day helpers will know what to do and when

Perfect for marquee events or blank canvas venues. Hire items

and labour priced separately based on design.

The Full Creative Direction

Your own event stylist & creative director from start to finish.

Includes everything in Premium Edit, plus:

• Unlimited design consultations
• On-site venue walkthrough (travel charges apply if outside of Taupo)
• Liaison with your vendors to align on styling
• Managing & confirming bookings of all required hire items with third party suppliers, and overseeing all communications, logistics & payments
• Personal attendance on the day to oversee styling execution (includes up to 5 hours)

We manage all the visual elements — you just walk in and enjoy it.
