• We’ll talk through where you’re at, what’s already booked, and where you’re feeling unsure. Together, we’ll map out the next key steps in your planning journey and the areas you want to focus on within our session.

• We’ll dive into the look and feel of your day — including colour palette, ceremony and reception styling, hire ideas, and floorplan suggestions.

• Expert Q&A
• Bring all your burning questions! Whether it’s timelines, vendor tips, DIY vs hire advice, or how to handle tricky family dynamics — we’re here to help.

• Your Personalised Action Plan
• After the session, we’ll email you a summary with next steps, styling notes, any vendor recommendations, and helpful planning tools.

WEDDING DAY Director

Your Dedicated, Professional On-Site Wedding Coordinator 

With Eventrent by your side - you’re never alone on your big day. Our skilled Wedding Day Director is there to quietly manage all the details, so you can relax and be fully present with your family and friends. We take care of the behind-the-scenes moments, ensuring your wedding unfolds just as you envisioned—stress-free and full of joy.

Package Includes:

• Consultations
• 2 x consultations prior to the wedding day and unlimited phone/email support.

• Site Visit
• To both the ceremony & reception location/s (additional travel charges will apply for locations outside of Taupo).

• Vendor Confirmation
• We will re-confirm arrangements with all wedding vendors and suppliers prior to the wedding day.

• Runsheet
• A detailed run sheet and timeline will be prepared for the day, from set up through to the end of the evening.

• Communicate
• We will be the main point of contact with the venue, all suppliers and your MC throughout, from the week prior through to the day itself. 

• Manage
• Oversee the wedding ceremony & reception. We will be on-site from midday and will depart after the first dance. A maximum of 8 hours on-site management is included in the package

• Meet & Greet
• Guests on arrival, assist with direction, manage gifts
