Donna has lived in Taupo for 21 years, and is passionate about this part of the country. "Taupo is a beautiful place to live, and a great place to get married or host an event, due to its central location and stunning backdrop".
Donna has a background in Event Management, and has worked in the wedding and event industry for over 16 years. During this time she has organized countless weddings, corporate events and special occasions. "I love what we do, and I get immense satisfaction in seeing the finished product of a beautifully dressed event come together". Blaine offers extensive knowledge and experience with a background consisting of 12 years working for Hilton hotels, in various roles around Australasia. Blaine has been living in Taupo since 2009 and since then has developed a passion about the region and all that it offers.
Having had a personal interest in the business since it was established by his wife Donna, Blaine was eager to contribute full time and came on board with the Eventrent team in 2014.
Blaine manages the day-to-day operation, coordinating deliveries and collections and making sure event installations happen as and when required, and to our high standard. On top of this, Blaine is kept busy maintaining our extensive stock range, managing the finances as well as constructing and repairing.

Kim joined the Eventrent team in 2019 as our Warehouse all-rounder, and quickly made her way up the ranks to our Operations & Event Coordinator. During her time with us she has gained a well rounded understanding of all areas of the business.
Kim leads the Events team to oversee the logistics of our events, ensuring all of the finer details of each event are carefully managed from start to finish. She works as a liaison for our clients and ensures that all of their needs are met by working closely with the Event & Operations Managers to ensure all details are implemented without a hitch.
Kim will often be found with a paint brush in hand, or electric drill at the ready - and can throw a wine barrel around like nothing I've seen before!
Office & Event Assistant
Madi brings with her an awesome creative flair, bubbly 'can do' attitude, and a talent with all things design, tech and digital!
Busily working away to keep our social media pages humming, she also manages the website and our online marketing. Madi is also heavily involved in our warehouse and event installations, working hard to bring our clients Events to life
Marquee & Event Installer
Mata Junior joined our team mid 2021, along with the arrival of our brand. new. marquees! Mata's background is marquee installation, and he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Mata will be the friendly smile you will see on-site with our marquee installation team!
Charlotte & Nathan Inch
Future Warehouse Superstars
Lets not forget the other two little Inch's! Charlotte, 4 years, and Nathan, 2 years are already well into their apprenticeship! Our little future warehouse helpers spend plenty of time at the Eventrent premises, easily managing to disrupt every team member with their cuteness along the way!
